Historic London Building Selects Correx Floor Protection From TrioPlus

A historic London landmark has selected Trio Plus floor protection products to safeguard its floors during renovation works.

St Martin-in-the-Fields church in Trafalgar Square is currently carrying out internal works and has ordered temporary floor protection from Trio Plus to ensure its basement remains in pristine condition during construction.

A familiar Trafalgar Square icon, the Church is a bustling place of worship with over 20 services and a half dozen concerts each week. With a range of activities such as guided tours, brass rubbing, gallery, shop, entertainment spaces and music schedule, protecting the integrity of the building is of the utmost importance.

St-Martin-in-the-Fields selected Correx Polyflute Plastic Sheets from the TrioPlus range. Correx plastic sheeting is designed to protect hard floors and multiple surfaces from damage caused by building works, dust, dirt, heavy equipment or foot traffic. It creates a moisture and dirt proof layer, which is manufactured as a 2mm/250gsm thick extruded polypropylene fluted sheet.

Tough, strong and lightweight, Correx hard floor protection sheets are easy to handle, making them an ideal solution for large spaces and irregularly shaped rooms. The Correx can be cut, curved and creased with a paring knife, giving a custom fit in any style of space. This flexibility means the floor protection covers the entire expanse of floor with no underlying material left uncovered.

Like all hard floor protection products by TrioPlus, Correx plastic sheets are water proof, offer chemical resistance, are non toxic and impact proof. The ideal solution for historic venues such as St-Martin-in-the-Fields, Correx sheets can be used to confidently protect old and valuable floors.
